I was looking through TED talks and ran across this. I loved the quote in the middle (hopefully I copied it correctly):
Look in the mirror everyday and ask myself:
“If today was the last day of my life would I want to dowhat I am about to do?”
If the answer is no for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something.
